MORA GARBERG Bushcraft Knife (Stainless steel)
Description
Mora Garberg is a great knife for any bushcrafting tasks, including batoning. It is a full tang knife with a drop point, scandi grind blade and one of the best balanced price-quality knives on the market. Carbon and stainless steel options give you the opportunity to pick the knife according to your needs. The carbon steel option is able to produce sparks when struck with flint for making fire. The blade of the carbon steel version has a coating: a dark, hard, scratch-resistant coating (about 1.5 μm), which helps to protect the carbon steel from corrosion. The stainless steel option is great for very wet environments, and it requires less maintenance. The 90 degree sharp spine of the knife makes it suitable for use with a firesteel (ferrocerium) as well as for scraping fatwood and other hard materials.
Sheath options include a multi-mount polymer sheath or a leather sheath. The plastic polymer sheath is great for mounting the knife to your belt, attaching to MOLLE packs or to other surfaces.
