About the Life in the Wilderness for Families Private Program
This private family program will help improve your family’s confidence in the wilderness. Your family will work together to complete tasks and will learn about and practice safe bushcraft tool use. In the Life in the Wilderness for Families program, your family will not only develop theoretical and practical knowledge, but also learn strategies to enhance critical thinking during unexpected situations. The program covers knowledge about trip planning, risk assessment, survival priorities, safe techniques for knife, axe, saw and shovel use, shelter construction strategies, fire preparation, navigation basics and advice on how to build a family wilderness survival kit. Making use of nature’s resources as harmlessly as possible is our priority. Thus, during our programs, not a single tree is damaged. The Life in the Wilderness for Families program illustrates how to use natural materials without disturbing nature at the same time.
