Spring Break Wilderness Survival Training for Kids
(5 days, from 10 am to 4 pm)
About the Spring Break Wilderness Survival Training for Kids
The Spring break program introduces kids to outdoor safety in an engaging way. This training program is run in a learning environment and is not a typical camp. Kids will learn fundamentals about wildlife, safe fire lighting techniques, trip planning, risk assessment, survival priorities, safe handling techniques for tool use, shelter construction strategies, orientation and navigation basics and advice on how to build their own personal and family Wilderness Survival Kits. Making use of nature’s resources as harmlessly as possible is our priority. Thus, during our programs, not a single living tree is damaged. Our aim is to encourage a new generation that cares for nature.
Each group has a maximum of 10 participants.
