Custom Self-Reliance Family Program
(Custom length, 4 hours to 300 hours)
About the Custom Self-Reliance Family Program
This customized program is for families looking to develop their outdoor life skills together. As part of this program, families will receive support from two of our instructors as individuals learn at different rates depending on their age and/or abilities. After an initial consultation and skills assessment, we will work with your family to develop a program suitable to your family’s needs. Your family will be able to learn and practice various bushcraft and wilderness survival skills so that you can prepare yourselves for unexpected situations. You will perform tasks and play out scenarios as a team all while strengthening your family bond and practicing invaluable outdoor life skills. Making use of nature’s resources as harmlessly as possible is our priority. Thus, during our programs, not a single tree is damaged. The Custom Self-Reliance Family Program illustrates how to use natural materials without disturbing nature at the same time.
